Processing Time
All Ghost Transmission items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced and handed off to the carrier. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Ghost Transmission is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact your local carrier first. If you still need help, reach us at support@ghosttransmission.com.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are assessed by your local customs authority.
