All Sales Are Final

Because every Ghost Transmission item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or not liking the fit. We encourage you to carefully review our size guides before placing an order.

Defects & Order Errors

We stand behind the quality of every item we send. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item entirely, we will make it right — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue
  • Reach out at support@ghosttransmission.com

We will either resend the item at no charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method — whichever you prefer.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please wait 3 business days and check with neighbors and your local carrier. If it still hasn't shown up, contact us and we'll sort it out.
